| NWR FORM 01 | Update Members personal details: This form is to be used to advise the secretary of any changes to members contact details. This form can be completed electronically and e-mailed to the secretary by pressing the E-Mail Form Button at the bottom of the Form |
| NWR FORM 02 | Event Report: This form is to be used by event controllers to record details of the event including details of the Organiser, User Service and RAYNET members who participate. Page 3 of the form is used to record Incidents which happen during the event. |
| NWR FORM 02a | This is a continuation sheet used in conjunction with NWR FORM 02 to record incidents that took place during an event. |
| NWR FORM 03 | This for has to be completed by an Event Organiser so that North Wilts RAYNET can attend an event. It includes details of the Event Organiser and User Service Contact. |
